Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method and can take up to 14 working days. A credit will be applied to your Bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the return criteria are not met, you will be notified of the reason for rejection.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or receive partial refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take up to 14 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check Your Account: Verify your Bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account.
  2. Contact Your Provider: Some processing time may be required.
  3. Still No Refund?: If you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@carebytalia.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at contact@carebytalia.com for further instructions.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Proof of Postage: It is recommended to obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Delivery Time: The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on location.
Trackable Shipping: For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
